Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing
  • Store credit can be issued immediately upon request
  • Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days to process

The refund amount will include the purchase price of the returned items, excluding any shipping charges.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
